... salad for dinner

asparagus salad

this was especially nice, made with greens fresh from our garden and topped with chives and tarragon from the garden, too! it featured the the usual hodgepodge of things i like thrown on top: carrots, radishes, blanched asparagus, and a hard-boiled egg.

and washed down with a small glass of rosé. yum.
