in the winter i become a cocoa connoisseur. hot cocoa is a nightly treat in our house, made with unsweetened almond milk. the last few weeks i have become a fan of the cocoa at oddfellows, where they top it with a homemade marshmallow. it's a terrific accompaniment to their toasted baguette and butter. it's such a great treat to warm my hands and my belly and my heart.
